• Baker Conference Center Request Form

    • LCU INTERNAL EVENT: This event is being presented by and solely attended by LCU employees, students, or guests.
    • LCU SPONSORED EVENT: This event is being presented by or attended by any outside entity not affiliated with LCU along with LCU employees, students, or guests. The sponsoring LCU department on agrees to cover certain fees.
    • THIRD-PARTY RENTAL: This event is presented by and attended by an entity and guests not associated with LCU.

  • Reservation start and end times are the times you will need in the facility to do any setup you have.  Include setup and strike times.   This will be the time used to ensure the facility is set and open for your use. 
  • Room Setup

  • Room capacity will be based on what layout is needed.  The Baker Conference Center's maximum capacity is 320 in a typical seating configuration and around 280 in a typical dining configuration.   The Bozeman Room can seat 70 in a seating configuration and 64 in a dining configuration. 

    Please select an option from the drop down and list any specifics or special requests you have for the setup.   Final count/layout will be confirmed prior to your event. 

  • Room capacity will be based on what layout is needed.  

    The Baker Conference Center's maximum capacity is 320 in a typical seating configuration and around 280 in a typical dining configuration.  

    The Bozeman Room can seat 70 in a seating configuration and 64 in a dining configuration. 

    The Betty Hancock Parlor can seat up to 56 in a dining configuration.

  • **A room layout that requires after-hours setup will require an overtime setup fee. The Baker Conference Center Facilitator Representative will inform you if this charge is required. 

  • Catering

  • All catering is to be coordinated through Aramark. No outside food or beverage is permitted.   Please contact them at DiningRetail@lcu.edu or call 806.720.7980 to work out details.

  • Audio/Visual Support

  • Please check the items you will need to utilize from what we have available in-house. 

  • *The in-house computer will feed BOTH the Baker and Bozeman with the same video signal. For two separate video signals, i.e. two seperate audiences, please select User's Computer for the Bozeman Room. 

  • Rental Costs

  • * For third-party rentals, use of any or all of our available audio or visual equipment will add an additional fee.  This includes a member of our technical team to make sure your event is ready to go and goes smoothly for the duration of the event.   That fee schedule is $100/hour with a two hour minimum.   

  • Rental Request Agreement

  • By checking below, I agree to communicate all needs related to the services provided by Lubbock Christian University and Aramark in regards to my department's use of the Baker Conference Center and/or Bozeman Room in a timely manner and understand significant changes and cancellations must be made one week prior to the event.

     

  • I also understand this the form is simply a REQUEST to utilze the requested venues.  A CONFIRMATION email will come in the following five (5) business days. To follow up, please email Erin.drumright@lcu.edu

  • By checking below, I agree to communicate all needs related to the services provided by Lubbock Christian University and Aramark in regards to my department's sponsored use of the Baker Conference Center and/or Bozeman Room in a timely manner and understand significant changes and cancellations must be made one week prior to the event.

    By sponsoring this event, I am agreeing to cover applicable technical and personel fees including, but not limited to, A/V, facilities, custodial, and security. 

  • By checking below, I agree to communicate all needs related to the services provided by Lubbock Christian University and Aramark in regards to my/my organization's use of the Baker Conference Center and/or Bozeman Room and understand significant changes and cancellations must be made one week prior to the event.   I understand that changes made after that deadline will incur a service fee and cancellations after that deadline will result in loss of rental fee. I understand that the rental fee is due in full two weeks prior to event. 

  • The Baker Conference Center is available per day at the rate of $600 for up to 199 guests and $800 for up to capacity based on layout. 

    The Bozeman room is available for $350 per day for up to 64 guests.
